I started where every good growth story starts: on the phones. Hundreds of hours of high-ticket calls taught me the standard playbook — memorize the script, push the features, handle objections. They also taught me the playbook was broken. The focus was on the transaction, not the transformation.

The turning point was realizing that a closed deal changes one month. A growth system changes the trajectory of the whole business.

So I went deeper than the call. Closing with conviction became designing pipelines; designing pipelines became building teams; building teams became owning growth end to end.
